- What are the payment options when I book a taxi or minibus?
You can pay in advance via debit or credit card, or hand over cash when your driver arrives. You can also pay via PayPal.
- How will I know how much my journey will cost?
When you make a booking via our online form, our quote engine will instantly provide you with a quote for the journey. Or, just ask for a quote over the phone or via our online chat function.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
f you have arranged a pickup from the airport and your flight is delayed, there is no need to panic. We monitor all flights into the UK so that our drivers can reschedule pickups and drop offs if necessary. This is why we ask you to provide us with your flight number when you book a East Midlands airport taxi with us, as we can only monitor your flight and reschedule if we have that number. If you have provided us with the flight number, there will be no extra charge for a rescheduled pick up or drop off.
- How will I recognise my driver at the airport?
If you are being picked up from the airport, your driver will ensure that they are there in time to receive you and will be holding a placard with your name on.
